We offer a 45 night risk-free sleep trial to help you decide if our mattress is the right fit for you. However, to maintain fairness and avoid misuse, we apply the following conditions: 

1. One Return Per Household 

Only one return or exchange is permitted per customer or household. Additional orders from the same address, payment method, or email may not be eligible for returns. 

2. Proof of Donation or Disposal Required 

Returned mattresses must be donated to an approved charity or disposed of per local regulations. A donation receipt or verified disposal confirmation is required before a refund is issued. 

3. Original Condition Requirement 

The mattress must be in good condition and free of major stains, damage, or infestation to be eligible for return. 

4. Company-Arranged Pickups 

In certain regions, we may coordinate pickup with an authorized third party to collect the mattress directly from you.

5. Anti-Fraud Policy 

We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds in cases of suspected policy abuse, such as multiple returns, mismatched addresses, or other suspicious activity. 

By purchasing with us, you agree to comply with these conditions. 

If your mattress is still in a good usable condition, then you can list it on Craigslistor other online marketplaces. 

Check with the local charities in your city if they are allowed to accept old mattresses, and if they do, then you can donate your mattress that’s in a usable condition. 

Check for a Bye Bye Mattress program in your city or a similar search engine like Earth911, which helps you find drop-off locations for discarding your old mattress. There are over 100 such mattress recycling centers nationwide. 

Goodwill, Salvation Army, or Habitat for Humanity may also take your gently used mattress.
