Pressure’s Off mattresses are all crafted from medium-firmness high-density latex foam, known for its exceptional breathability and heat dissipation—keeping you cool and comfortable all night long. Unlike other foams, our latex resists body impressions over time, offering greater durability and consistent support. Our design provides exceptional motion isolation between sleep partners. It also creates a more responsive, buoyant feel that many describe as more natural and restful. Our latex is also eco-friendly, and unlike memory, it will not trap your body or your body heat. We highly recommend that you purchase a stretch fitted sheet to maximize the mattress core’s performance.
To experience the full benefits of your Pressure’s Off mattress, proper body alignment is key. During setup, please make sure that when lying down, your hips are positioned near the center of the mattress along the head-to-foot direction. This ensures your body weight is optimally supported and that the mattress responds as designed to relieve pressure at critical points like the hips, lower back, and shoulders.
The Pressure’s Off mattress is also symmetrical along the head-to-foot direction, meaning either end can be placed at the head of your foundation or bed frame. There's no “wrong” end—so feel free to rotate the mattress as needed for even wear or convenience.
The King and Queen size mattresses have an estimated delivery time of 3-5 days. Other orders typically ship within 21 business days. We offer a 45 day trial period. If unsatisfied, you may return the mattress under our Return Policy.

2. Proof of Donation or Disposal Required
Returned mattresses must be donated to an approved charity or disposed of per local regulations. A donation receipt or verified disposal confirmation is required before a refund is issued.
3. Original Condition Requirement
The mattress must be in good condition and free of major stains, damage, or infestation to be eligible for return.
4. Company-Arranged Pickups
In certain regions, we may coordinate pickup with an authorized third party to collect the mattress directly from you.
5. Anti-Fraud Policy
We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds in cases of suspected policy abuse, such as multiple returns, mismatched addresses, or other suspicious activity.

If your mattress is still in a good usable condition, then you can list it on Craigslist or other online marketplaces.
Check with the local charities in your city if they are allowed to accept old mattresses, and if they do, then you can donate your mattress that’s in a usable condition.
Check for a Bye Bye Mattress program in your city or a similar search engine like Earth911, which helps you find drop-off locations for discarding your old mattress. There are over 100 such mattress recycling centers nationwide.
Goodwill, Salvation Army, or Habitat for Humanity may also take your gently used mattress.
